Really very simple: remove the screw that’s on one side, flip over and gently push the pin from the other side with a pin tool or small paper clip or toothpick. The pin should fall right out, it just needs a nudge, it’s not like the old pin bracelets.

I happened to get the exact same watch last week and sized it myself too
