Having girls have made me “like” a ton of stuff I otherwise never would.

Anyway my secret, which may be controversial….I nap during football games.

Me too, probably 50% of the things I own.

I have a soundproofed room off my home office where I have a drumset, entrance is hidden by a murphy door. The room was designed to be an escape room by the previous owners. When I get stressed, I go in there and beat the crap out of the drums to 80s heavy metal songs. Only 3 other people in this world know this. I am a heck of a drummer, played all throughout college. Coulda been a contender.

Preach!

While not a safe room... have the same type of room here. Sounds like we're kindred spirits... coulda been a percussionist / drummer contender. Play for fun nowadays, zero desire to join a band.

But damn, the kit looks so seXXXy.

Hmm, maybe I already said too much

Sweet!!! Nice to meet a fellow banger. I wouldn't join a band now either, moving everything is just too much unpaid work.

I have a 7 pc piano black Pearl reference pure but looking at DW for a change. Drums rock.

Niiiice.

If I may humbly suggest, try a Sonor kit. You won't regret it.

Re-read the above.

I enjoy an SQ2 medium beech / rosewood kit with a few one-off bits and a couple of bronze snares (and a few wood, and...). I'm more a percussionist who also loves playing the kit.

My son has let his hair grow since covid started. He's waiting for whatever length suits him, then he wants to get it cut and donate the hair to an organization that makes wigs for cancer patients.

Very noble idea, I thought.

As for the original post, I love mac and cheese, shopping, I'm hetrosexual and I've actually also watched Below Deck.
