What is this Scandinavian food utensil called?

Last weekend at the Uptown Farmer's Market I finally found the perfect spurtle. An exact copy of a Scottish c.1400 kitchen utensil, except this one is in shoestring acacia [a wood native to J.J.'s area]. I'll be set for any gentle poking, prying, pointing, or even its intended use, scraping porridge from the pot, while camping in the Sawtooth National Forest. Whipping up eggs in a Teflon pan, "no scratches ma!" It has already proved its value as a pointer while explaining spreadsheet functions on a computer screen.

But my friend Lois, forever outdoing me, has an even more perfect utensil. She's owned it since her 20s [she's 88 now], having it always on her kitchen table to assist in whatever wants doing. But never found out what it is called.

Any ideas? It is likely Scandinavian, about 6" long, thin, and useful as heck. Probably a design which goes back millennia. The first 'flat spoon/fork/knife' thingie.

Interesting and intriguing piece of kit.
Couldn't find anything with an actual name, but some of these, are similar items.

I have a Swedish and a Danish neighbour, so I shall make enquiries.

Looks like what was a baseball bat that has been well worn from unscrupulous folk accidentally bumping their head on it.

On a serious note, such a cool piece with history.

The woodworker I got the spurtle from also wants to know, and will be making one. He has a constream of women at his table; there's definitely something to this one-of-a-kind woodwork.

It looks like it would slip into a pocket or pouch, then be used for eating. The attached looks dead-on, almost. It may be folk art, not a utensil.

Lois is thrilled to know I have top people working on it.

Looks like the remnants of my mother’s wooden spoon from going after my brother and I when growing up in an Italian household.

Lois was Messaged Speedbird-1's utensil image [attached] a few days ago. Her reaction: The Scandinavians do a lot of carving. Traditionally they carved toys. And still do. I have a wooden spoon and several knives. When more data becomes availabnle, Lois and the spurtle woodcarver will be thrilled to get it. Thanks on and all!

From the 1st picture, the site of Fallen Wood Turnings doesn't have a lot of info on their wooden utensils...but their Instagram has more pictures.
The piece in question appears to be a spurtle in nature..
Found this....
Acacia Skinny Spurtle
THE MAD HUNGRY COLLECTION
The Mad Hungry "skinny" spurtle, hand-finished from acacia wood. Each piece is one of a kind.

One 8-1/2"L x 1"W spurtle
Acacia wood construction

I think it's just a wood carving vs a 'utensil'...
Doesn't appear to have any sharp edges to be a 'knife'...

The first long one I have no idea what it is. The other "fish" looks like a butter knife to the sandwiches. These are typical tasks
you get to do in the woodwork in school.

Google "swedish butter knife" and you will see some more of them.

Thank you, Jocke. I’ve looked up the smörkniv and will have lots if info to pass on to Lois, the octogenarian friend, and Robert, the woodworking guy who made the Scottish porridge scraper. Thank you again very much! I KNEW someone in our international crew would have an answer. Lois is big on passing on complete stories of what she inherited from her mother and grandmother; your info will make her day!
