Bluesy vs Batman

Now I know I prefer Bluesy among Submariner, but how about the Batman?

But If only 1 Rolex Sport in the whole collection, will you keep the GMT II Batman 126710 BLNR (Oyster) or replace it by 126613 (Bluesy) ? and why?

I’d keep the BLNR. Get a jubilee bracelet for it and it totally changes the look. I love the bluesey and it’s on my list of watches to acquire but to me the BLNR is more versatile and if I had to pick only one the BLNR would be it.

Both. I'd take the BLNR though as I prefer SS over TT.

I like the Batman but I love the Bluesy, so if I had to chose it'd be the latter.

The TT Sub is a striking watch, the kind that makes me swear. Have you seen that dial in the flesh? The steel and gold combo? Wowzers! I don't easily get butterflies in the stomach with many watches these days.

Follow your gut feeling when comparing side by side IRL if you can.

Bluesy is a classic. I've never really liked the batman's colorway.

Just so you know, the bluesy will lose against any SS watch you put it up against.

Had both only have he BLNR now. Not even close to me. The blue dial on the sub looks neon blue. Got tired of the TT after awhile. To me it is a dated look. Love the BLNR, best blue Rolex makes. You can also wear it with anything. I prefer the BLNR on jubilee. More comfortable, I think it looks better, stands out more and the PCLs are scratch magnets.

IMHO, I much prefer the blue Sub, I've no need for a GMT. I live by the ocean and love the water. I hate having watch functions for which I've no use. Instead of making your decision based on random strangers perceived value of the watches, ask yourself for what you have more need. If it's neither than go for a DJ or an OP.

If I could not have both, then I would chose the LB. Love the BLNR, but the LB sings to my heart. Always follow you heart.

My vote would be for the bluesy. They are both great, but I feel the bluesy is more versatile. Looks just as good in shorts as it does in a suit.

Having had both - I can tell you first hand the BLNR is way more versatile. It is a SS sports model so easy to wear with shorts, but only the BLNR looks right with suits. I think the BLNR is the best all around Rolex.

Hands down the bluesy. Such a more interesting watch, Batman is cool but sort of boring to me. The way the gold and blue compliment each other is really unique not to mention that sunburst dial. Absolutely love mine

Bluesy.
Not everyone can wear gold, which is why it's so special.
