Agreed. Plus it's going to look like you're trying to hard to match the greens, and they likely won't. Also think a buckle like that is a bit of a miss-match with a Sub -- too dressy/dainty for a diver watch.

I seen this and thought it looked cool and bit different. Doesn't look too bad with bit of orange stitching.

I wouldn’t. Maybe, just maybe a rubber strap but only if I could source endlinks and a glide lock. I won’t disassemble my factory bracelet to use the clasp on rubber.
