Daytona fake on e-bay Germany

This must be a fake daytona.
I have reported to e- bay.
Comments please. Right or wrong?
He claims he sell it cuz it is too big.

Loll, he's "copyrighted" his pics.

Crown guards and rehaut depth don't look right which is the most obvious thing to see from those bad pics. I don't think you can read too much into the colour of gold pieces from pics because of how very different gold looks under different lighting conditions.

If one puts it in perspective of the proper exposure of the box that "gold" looks bad. I'll bet is isn't ever gold plated. Of course we will never know.

I think this one is definitely bad.

But in general i find it's hard to judge gold pieces from pics unless they're really well lit and taken. And of course people selling tat know this and use it as an excuse too.
