Show picture of front please want to see dial

A RSC will be able to fix that
It definitely needs a couple of new seals
...it's only money

Water damage? I'm sure replacement parts can be attained and this can be brought back to life.

Dial is not bad actually, but the feet are rusted solid so can't take it off.

We are definitely fixing this one, by giving it a new movement.

Had a Breitling suffer this fate. Crown wouldn't even turn. Needed a new movement and pretty much everything else as well.

Can't you just pressure wash it at the local garage, fill it with WD40 and just put it in a tumble dryer at a low speed until the rotor starts to turn?

Probably one of these guys who screws the crown incredibly tight, which will over time cause a loose tube.
