Still not negative yet. But I would agree that they've been poor with their updates/communications.
Apparently mine was supposed to be delivered today also. But never arrived. Tomorrow hopefully. |

Spoke to them on the phone. The tracking number isn't available yet apparently. I'm assuming this is the case for you too.

I wouldn't trust their email system. I could be wrong but the only email I got after 3 phone calls with them was words to the effect of 'your watch is not available. Would you like to try another one?".

Anyone heard of chronext.co.uk?
It might not be their fault though.

No
I don't mind if it is genuinely delayed, what I'm annoyed about is the lack of communication a quick email or phone call is not to much to ask for is it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah I agree. It appears to me that their business framework isn't up to scratch.

Bad news. Probably not Chronext's fault but the watch appears to have gone missing. I don't know what to do.

Hello, can you tell me who the UK courier was? I need to investigate before filing a claim. |

@browns Mate you're a life saver. I was about to leave the office through the car park and I saw a package with the same sticker with German written on it as in your picture. So I went up close and there it was my delivery from Chronext! The problem was that they wrote the British address the German way I.e with the street name first and then the street number despite me having asked them to switch it round before posting! In any case, ende gut alles gut! Thanks |

Hi, This is wierd as I am a first day poster and did a search on Chronext and ended up here. I am interested if you are happy with your purchase and if watches check out ok etc.
I have been an omega blue bond guy for last 13 years but I want to change to a rolex explorer 1. I travel around the UK quite a bit and in Qatar in the new year so been searching on the best deals. It wold seem the best deals online at least are Chronext and watchmaster at around £3600 with rrp of about £4300. Many of the used 36mm models are not much cheaper and 20 years old. I am amazed they hold thier value so well. I would prefer a new one, first rolex and all that, plus add a service to a used watch and your at the above sites new prices. I feel without good refrences from people like yourselves its a big risk. Any advice welcolme. If I can get similar discounts at a AD somewhere as I travel quite a bit I could detour. Thanks John |

Yes, I am very happy with my purchase and I didn't mind the wait but customer communications needs a lot of work.
I noticed they had a store in London so I was under the impression that is where it would come from. It actually came from a dealer in Italy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hello @Browns, hello @s30n9g,
I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced these difficulties with the shipping. We already reported your cases to our logistic partner. We would also like to explore how you received the packages in more detail, so that we can avoid these mistakes in the future. We will send you an email with further questions regarding your cases and also a £ 100 voucher that you can put towards any purchase in the future. Once again, I truly apologize for the inconveniences experienced. All the best Alex CHRONEXT Team |

I'm very happy with the product itself. A great deal and a great watch. As Browns said, the issue was mostly with poor communication not the product. They seem trustworthy and very polite when dealing in the phone. Emails seldom get answered.

Same problems
Quote:
I am having the same problems. Received a faulty tracking link that said it (Cartier watch for my husband's birthday) was delivered to someone else in the UK in August and very poor/irregular email communication. Great, fast communication when I was considering buying and then very slow since the sale was complete. Hope it arrives before the 8th of December. Purchased the 14th of November. Also a newbe...found this site when looking to see if any reviews were posted on the company. |

i would pass. I looked at there prices they arn't even amazing enough to take a chance. Stick to one of the trusted guys here who have done over a hundred transactions and have actual references than someone who has two posts and happened to decide to see this thread.

Yeah. This whole dialogue back and forth by one guy is crap. I'd never buy from them/him after this charade.

Partially received
I received the face of watch after discovering that UPS needed SS# to assess duty. Still waiting for the watch band. Too bad, my husband's 65th BD is today and he has to carry his new watch in his pocket :-( I asked for clarification of when they sent the watchband and never got it. They said it only takes 2-3 days to get the band by regular mail but...nothing yet. If I was on of the PE Investors in this company, I would want to fix the process issues. They are really hurting themselves with regards to overseas customers.
