So what I’m hearing is that some like the aesthetic of the OQ case but not digging the idea of a quartz movement. What if you didn’t have to choose?

Vintage maybe. New? No thanks. Only quartz I want is if it’s part of a spring drive.
I’d like to see the spring-drive like movement that Rolex have a patent for but uses caesium instead of quartz. Effectively an atomic-clock in a wrist watch. Now that would be a BIG development in horology and something I’d like to see in my lifetime. |

How many members responding no have actually had an OQ on their wrist? Or heard the famously loud "tick" of the quartz movement. They might change their mind after wearing one for a day.
