If you go for a SS white dial, definitely hunt down a Zenith ......the black sub dials and layout offer such a nice contrast. The newer in-house movement SS White dial Daytonas are quite frankly boring.

If you go TT, then there's only one choice.........the mighty Panda!!!!!

Down below, my old Zenith......

You will know when you try it on. Pictures won't help until you just see it on your wrist for yourself.

I went with the black ss daytona.

Black SS Daytona. You can where it anywhere. Looks amazing with any outfit. Just my opinion.

I prefer this. Dresses up slightly better than the white dial to me.

TT- panda or blue looks great! But, I opted for the SS white because it would be an ideal daily watch!

I don't have a Daytona but for a long time really wanted a ss or tt version. For awhile some tt's looked like bargains, which tilted my interest even more in that direction. I was mostly interested in a white dial model because I've got several black dial watches. Then, I stumbled onto the tt with gray dial and was very impressed. Pictures never do that watch justice, but that was a great looking Daytona. Good luck.

Well you wanted a TT and you are rather lucky the wonderful Panda dial comes in TT as otherwise it is only for the gold models so I would go for it.

You should definitely stop by a large AD and ask for Volume #1 of the Rolex Magazine, which has the Platona on the cover and is dedicated to the Daytona. They should still have a couple issues squirreled away under the display case. Some great Daytona porn inside.

No need to go to an AD just about every combination is here to look at! I do like the look of the blue face TT. I happen to also love my one, but as said by others there are NO BAD DAYTONAS pick on what you like and what budget you have.

Tried on tt with panda face. I love it more than any other. Probably my next one! SS is classic, but just doesn't feel right.

I went for the SS model with the white dial. Stunning watch, a pleasure to own and wear.

I was afraid this might happen - the more I look at all the photos, the All YG devil on my shoulder starts talking softly in my ear.

If you can afford it or need to save for a bit then go for the gold, otherwise you will just trade in your TT for one in a few months, so save yourself the hassle.

I had a very hard time picking my YG DDII because of the many dial options. I finally went with Ivory Arabic and love the watch. But with the YG Daytona, there are even more options. I think I'm down to White Stick, Champagne Stick, and Panda. I think I'm leaning to White Stick. But there seems to be strong attraction here on TRF for Panda. That really is beautiful too, but I think the red in the sub dials turns me off a little.

Can anyone post pics of these in YG? Thanks!

Also, should I hold out for a Zenith? There is actually one now in the Classifieds.
