Thank you! Not sure if I’m able to share the grey price here. But I will say slightly below market. Cus I’ve known this dealer for a long time 🙏😊

Not to rain on your parade but my first reaction seeing the pics was that sth looks slightly off including the crown area (crown sticks out too far) and the markers (lume too wide). I may well be wrong but I did compare to the real deal from AD from H2 2018 on my wrist.

The first one looks taken almost straight on. You can always look at the profile and movement as well.

I also don't like the hour markers. The way they interrupt the flow of the outer dot track is incorrect and unlike any pics I could find online. The links profile and finish looks more like my Ingenieur than a Patek.

But your hour markers interrupt the dots as well.
I’m not sure what year OP’s watch is from, but weren’t there small differences over time by the manufacture? I don’t know, I’m asking.
A view of the movement can also be helpful, but if this is full set with numbers and papers all matching then I’d hope it’s a legit watch.

I was referring to the angle of the hour markers amidst the dots. The genuine ones I've seen tend to have the angle on the hour markers draw a line not a new slightly different angle

Date appears off-centered as well. May want to get this one looked at, OP.

I hope it will be safe because it is full ser… but i learnt the hard way that there is nothing called good deal… prices are well known and anything more than -5% than market peice is automatically suspicious to me…

If the OP knows the seller well, i would not worry much.

Great comparison pics and agree on the finish. No matter where I look, the watch posted by the OP looks off. That also includes the date font and dial color. The dial color in pics can be deceiving but fakes are often "straight" blue like the OP's watch whereas the original color of recent 5711s is a grey blue with a light touch of green depending on the lighting and angle.

What do you guys think is more common?
  1. I got screwed by a grey who sold me a fake
  2. I'm a poser who bought a fake and came to impress

I have noticed a huge uptick of incoming posts with stickers and bracelets so loose it can't be worn, never to be followed up with any pictures outside of the shop.
