Replace OsterFlex with metal ?
Is there any issue with replacing the rubber OsterFlex bracelet with an appropriate metal one on a ceramic bezel Daytona?

if you have an OF daytona its in PM so you want to buy a PM bracelet separately? It wont fit anyway as the end links on the OF daytona wont accommodate a bracelet.
Its easier to source a ceramic bezel for a PM daytona and more cost effective anyway even if it was possible to add a bracelet to an OF model.

You can't replace the OF bracelet with a metal bracelet on the Daytona as the end links I believe are part of the case itself. I think you can replace the OF bracelet with a leather strap but other than that, if the watch originally came on rubber, the metal bracelet can't and won't fit without major work being done to the end links to be removed etc. not worth it IMO.

Thanks, guys. I knew it was something. I'd sure go for a TT Daytona with full metal band and ceramic bezel. Think they will ever make one?
