I'm fortunately lucky that I have the black and the white. I wear the black more but the white as more appreciation. Good luck...

This is a low-stress situation. Go with your gut. If you decide later to change, you can sell what you have without a financial loss.

Buy what you like, not what we like. You'll make the better decision that way.

But, since you asked, the 116500LN black dial gets my vote.

The new white dialed SS is the hands down my favorite.

I just had the same dilemma. See them both in person and you will know which one is for you. I chose White in the older model. More dial variations are available if you go TT or PM.

I went with the black 116500. It feels like the perfect one to me. I do like the white in the 116520 reference, but they both appear visually smaller to me which I don’t like. I prefer the ceramic bezel because I feel like it shows less wear than the metal bezel

Ya 116500 black seems a good choice. I do love the metal old school bezel look but ceramic would I ld last longer. It seems that the white face won't match the black bezel like the metal did or is it just me lol

Black in a landslide.

White dial makes the watch look smaller than it already is. I had both in my hands, intended to buy the White, and went Black right then and there instead. I get how some have a lot of black Rolexes and need a white as a changeup, but if that's not your motivation go black and never look back.

Black ceramic or white Zenith.

White is easier to read.

The one you can get!

If you like both, why not just get the one that is available! (I guess this only applies if you are paying msrp)

Having had a white 520 and a black 500, I would go ceramic for sure. I like the black dial better.

My white is easier to read than my wife’s black I think but I do agree with others that the white face looks smaller. It depends on what you care about. I really like legibility so have more white face rolexes than black face. Good luck
