Yes you should. No you shouldn't.

I don't know your situation so I'm hedging my bets

The word "want" you use would encourage me to say yes

Tbh I love mine but if you already own a sub I'm not sure that you're really getting that much more. Of course if you owned both it'd be a moot question.

I would.
I have neither and I would choose the SD4K for its lack of cyclops. Not that a cyclops is bad, I just prefer a smooth crystal.
Make sure you like the fit. It's a bit thicker.

What specific advice do you require regarding whether you should trade it, or not?
Pros and cons, whether you'd feel better, what?

As Mike said, I don't think you're going to get the bang for your buck on that trade.

Keep the SubC. Since I bought mine 3 months ago, I can't stop admiring it.

Go for it if the SD speaks to you more.

Not enough difference imo, unless you decide on saturation diving.
Why not consider a GMTIIc if you no longer want the Sub.?

Personally I'd do the trade...IMHO there's just something special about all of the SD4K's!!

Why... you'll probably lose some money trading to something not that different.

Try the SDc first and decide if the height works for you. If so, I would totally go for the SDc. As it's not your usual diver, has a date and no cyclops, prefer the clasp.
