We went to watch the Red Arrows this afternoon and had a great time. It was very windy and I'm surprised the display went ahead. Here's one of the 130 odd pictures I took.

BTW, a local multi-millionaire has acquired an amazing collection of WWII warbirds and is housing them across the river. The first display will be the Carp Air Show in a couple of weeks. On hand he says he will display (all flying) a Hawker Hurricane, a Spitfire, a P-51, a Harvard trainer... he also will shortly have in stock the worlds only flying Fairy Swordfish (the type of stringbag that dropped a torpedo and crippled the Bismarck). I plan on attending this show and will take pix.

The first was a quickie I did from Starbucks, which was quite near to the air show site. I'll post more when I get them onto a DVD and transfer them to my desktop computer. I'm having a few XP problems at the moment and all my USB ports won't recognise anything. I think it's something to do with serial numbers assigned to items I plug in.

Need to do more research on Google. Rest assured, more will follow but not too soon.
