Rolex Turns per day (TPD) question

Many watch winders have an option for 500, 650, 800, 950 or 1300 TPD. I've read that the 650 turns per day bi-directional setting works well for Rolex. What would the recommended turns per day setting be for the following Rolex watches:

1) 2010 Rolex Datejust
2) 2005 Rolex Submariner
3) 1968 Rolex Oyster Date

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you MonBK. So no difference between models? All are 650 clockwise/counter-clockwise. Appreciate the info!

Correct. If it's a decent winder it should do do both cw and ccw after a period of rest in between
