18238 or 118238

Hi guys looking into the above watches with diamond dials and yellow gold.

any major difference between the two other than price.

Any comments or suggestions more than welcome.

Solid bracelet on the 118238 and polished lugs. I like the 18238 esthetically but the 118238 for its build quality

The early 118238 still use the old clasp, skip those and buy the newest 11 series.

Because I hate polished lugs on yellow gold I would go for the 18238
