I saw a piece in a garage sale. But I think it's fake...

I saw this while checking a garage sale; and I feel like this one is fake.
But I'm slightly confused with the movement, if whats inside is really jewels.
I feel like some parts are replaced, and frankenwatch. Also bought it for 10 dollars only.

What do you think?
Is there any advice, on what I can check the next time I spot one?

"Frankenwatch" implies the watch started out real then had some parts replaced. Unfortunately, that is not the case here and it is not even close. This is just a very bad fake. One of the worst I've ever seen. An Invicta 31290 is closer to Rolex than this one is to the Invicta.

If the blue jug below the watch is for sale, go with that.
