Next part up and they’ve got guys now coming in to pay additional money to buy Anthony’s collection pieces rather than the same watch 2/3k cheaper….. looks like they have put a bit of thought into this new ‘humble’ storyline

Retaining “some?” Even after this monumental debacle, they lost less than 4% of their subscribers and now they are GAINING new subscribers and back to INCREASING net subscribers. In a month or so, they will actually have MORE subscribers than before the PR disaster!

no one really knows how much steve is worth because he makes no money off youtube videos (youtube stopped paying them because of their content). he makes a ridiculous amount of money through merch and gambling sponsorships and uses the "fake" money he gambles with (and wins with) to give away cars and a ton of cash/watches to people he doesn't know. the guys with these gambling site sponsorships are making millions per month and most of them don't do anything good with it besides buy themselves nice cars. if you watch his other videos he gives teslas to random people (few single moms for some content lol) along with 10s of thousands of cash to random people, gives his maids and people that service him in hotels thousands in cash, and also took care of his parents. the nelk boys make an insane amount of money and most likely know what they're doing financially even though it looks like they don't. you don't get to where they are off being stupid and zero youtube ad revenue

steve is just a character, whatever he does on camera isn't actually who he is lol. kinda weird to say no one will miss him if he's gone because everything you see and hear about him just shows he gives away and helps people that don't have anything. he obviously gets views and fans from doing this but no one is making him give cars away. i think he bought and gave away 20 teslas in the past year or something like that, and i'm not an accountant but i assume there's some accounting trickery going on there too so it's not necessarily coming out of his pocket

That’s interesting. Gambling sponsorships! As you mention, there’s more going on than someone like me would understand or be privy to. Donations to others, giving back is nice. On the “not going to miss him” aspect, what I mean is that the PR/Advertising agents or agency will happily find another face man, when his candle burns out (no ill will intended).

If the dude is happy, that’s what counts. Re: Stevewilldoit. Not talking about TPG on this response.

yeah the gambling sponsorships are crazy. adin ross (twitch streamer) leaked how much he's getting paid a month ago accidentally. he was offered 1.6m a month by someone and declined it because he's getting more now + expenses paid, meaning anything he loses is comp'ed back. so essentially you gamble for free and take home whatever you win, but they don't win in the long run since they play slots and other games that are net negative in the long run. so basically you sit there gambling using a free balance (and $1-2m a month) while getting insane viewership and donations from people watching you lose fake money and get mad about it lol. it's the dumbest thing in social media right now i would say

so it's safe to say steve is also making 1-2m per month off gambling sites + he gets fully comp'd trips to vegas just for promoting red rock casino and is close friends with dana white so he gets hooked up with everything basically

yeah heard about him a while ago when he started his youtube channel by doing a bunch of really stupid eating/drinking challenges (hence the name stevewilldoit). since then he joined the nelk boys who are basically the modern day version of jackass but way less weird and more into partying and that's when he blew up. now a lot of his content is just about giving away tons of cash or cars or watches and going to vegas to gamble. they also launched a hard seltzer recently so they're kinda moving away from doing stupid pranks and marketing towards becoming a brand and expanding. they're loaded now. you'll see them front row at all the big ufc fights promoting their brand because dana white gives them full vip passes lol

I recently stumbled upon the YouTube world of nelk boys and Steve Will do it. I have an advertising agency background and am blown away by the sophisticated brand that nelk boys have created through their YouTube following. They started a clothing line that sells out in hours as soon as it gets “dropped” and they recently launched a seltzer called happy dad. Compared to watch youtubers with 200k views max per video, these modern day jackass’s really rack up the views, averaging 6mil views a video. But as stated previously, they’re not making money through YouTube….it’s merely their platform for building a fan base.

Switching gears back to TPG….have you all noticed that Anthony is copying Roman’s treatment, where they cut back to him commenting on what we just watched. I’m so intrigued as to why anythony chose to shoot these scenes wearing all black, on an all black backdrop. He looks like a floating head on these segments.

They're more of a YouTube show than anything else, and they made a basic storytelling mistake. They forgot that in order to care about the show, you needed to be rooting for them. You needed to like them. You wanted them to find a cool new store, and you were disappointed when they didn't, but hopeful it was just around the corner. All this cocky "smarter than everyone" stuff is really off-putting. If some cool guys who you like go have a crazy $17,000 dinner and tell you all about it, you're happy to hear about their wild night out. If they're being jerks to everyone then you just want them to be arrested for tax fraud.

This doesn't work with Anthony being the cocky bad guy. They watched too much professional wrestling growing up.
Agreed. The cocky comment during today's interview with Paul was nail in coffin. He basically said that spends a lot of money to produce videos and doesn't monetize Youtube viewers. Bottom line, he doesn't owe those who waste an hour of each week to watch his show anything. That and the dismissive approach to the "$2K investors" are more telling of who he is than his scripted narrative about doing good.

Very entertaining and exciting livestreams tonight. The Tim Write LS with PT and Nico was crazy, followed by the AC3 LS with PT and Oisin (which was a total train wreck), followed by ANOTHER Tim Write LS with Oisin and Nico.

Incredible night of entertainment.

That guy is getting an absurd amount of views. He’s just throwing money everywhere, it’s nuts. But, he looks to be having fun. Hopefully he tucks a few bucks away for when the party ends. Or, buys as many watches as possible to hold the cash in.

it sounds like he has a lot of money in crypto so likely is investing some of it. maybe he's just throwing all his gambling sponsorship money into crypto and living off the merch, who knows, but yeah i agree. it's nice to see how much he gives back but also don't wanna see someone like that go from the top back down to the bottom. those guys have a huge team behind them though and i've heard him say he has people that advise him financially

The PT and TPG interview today was silly. I was listening until Anthony talked about how much he spends creating youtube content only to let us watch it for "free". Lol, I was done after that. He would say outlandish things and you could see Paul's face not agreeing, but yet no follow up questioning to clear up Anthony's story.
