324 SC Issues

So I went to wind my 5711 Nautilus this morning after a few days of not wearing it (It's been worn and running continuously for months btw) and after 30-40 winds it runs for 10 seconds and stops. I shake it a little to the rotor spinning and nothing. I put the watch on and nothing. So I put it down and come back in 10 minutes and it's running. Needless to say this was not confidence inspiring and now in wondering WTF happened ??! I've still got some warranty left on it but really don't want to send It in for 6 months. Any ideas here or is this normal b/c it doesn't seem normal.

I'd definitely feel the same as you

In that you have never noticed it before in what is presumably months of owning it... I'd be all the more sceptical

Stuff happens to all watches from all brands. Find your next favorite watch and slap that on. Take a vacation to NY or go to your local AD and get it sent in.

Before you send it in use your phone to document the issue incase it behaves at the AD.

Sounds like a trip to HSWA might be in order. Hopefully they take good care of you. I wouldn't chance the warranty running out. Send it in.

Send it in while the warranty is still good.

Of course, I know 6 months is hard, but that is really not normal, better take advantage of the warranty and not pay than send it in later, for me a no brainer...

I have never had that issue (fingers crossed...) I would definitely send it in while you have warranty left because that is not normal and should not be happening. Has it happened more than once?
