I like it a lot!
Slightly odd that it has the old 324 movement but not really an issue. |

I like that piece a lot because it looks not old school and it has nice details and the numbers are not printed on the dial.
But I think it will be not so easy to catch one piece. |

I managed to secure one, very happy. Most ADs have already fully allocated them.

Not really a lot IMO. There are approximately 400 AD and each AD will only receive 2 to 3 max. I reckon those owners of 5740 will be able to get it. It will be a bloodbath, figuratively of course.

Nice. Between this 6007 and 5212, which would be your choice of Calatrava?

Application piece I am being told from my AD, notice of interest and then Patek will of course look at your buying profile.
Thats just made my chances a zero with only 2 under the belt. Really nice Calatrava, price point about right and steel. Hopefully I will get to see one at the next AD event. |

seriously, this is just lame. Thierry Stern has literally dropped a turd, stamped PP on it and everyone is lining up. The 6006 looks much better has does the 5212....at least these was some effort in the design, would rather the Code 11:59 over this. Literally wondering why no one is giving it the flack it deserves.

A special release for a new office park. The building is not beautiful from the outside. I guess all the parts of the office you can't see from the outside are where the money's at.

It’s beautiful it’s a sporty watch that is no Aquanaut or Nautilus!!!
—> it’s no scratch magnet Real Patek collectors will love that piece and they will also get one (hopefully). If someone is no collector with more PPs should not get such a limited piece. |

Ok... What have we got here?
A stainless steel 6000/6006 married to a 324 rather than 240 movement to allow for center seconds and date window and thus clean up the 6000/6006 dial. That marriage resulted in a watch that looks at least as much JLC as Patek. Nothing wrong with that, but also no watch I can get very excited about. If it didn't have the etching on the display back, the embossed "carbon" pattern on the dial, and if it had the water resistance it should have as a sporty SS watch I might try to jump... |

Not my taste, but then I’m not in the bracket that will be invited to purchase, so pretty sure Patek won’t care too much that I’m not interested!

It looks significantly different from the 6006. It has a date disc instead of a date hand (less clustered), lume hands and numerals, embossed weaves and center seconds instead of an off-centre sub-dial for the second hand. It is also sunburst blue...
The 6007 is beautiful. I don't think Patek will allocate this one to me also, I wish they would. |

Agreed. I think this will be a very difficult piece to obtain. The 5522 was tough to get in the US and I think this will be much more difficult. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
