I need help identifying this Patek

Hey everyone, I need a little bit of help identifying this Patek. I have a couple pictures but cannot find anything about it online. Is it fake? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Bummer, I was intrigued by it and unfamiliar with a skeleton Patek. By the way, what are the tell tale signs? If you don't mind sharing

Tell tale signs? It's not even close.
Except for the fact that it appears to be a watch, you might just as well have posted a photo of a ham sandwich and asked the same question.

You’d probably have more luck passing off the ham sandwich as a Patek!
