Yes agree
I would never sell my BLNR, but I think I would get more than 3000 for it?

What a shot. Same price as the no date sub in the uk. I can imagine a lot of people going to try this on after seeing your picture.

Depends how you want to think of it. A Daytona C is probably best value money wise as if you get one new its suddenly worth a ton more in cash.

True bang for buck would be the cheapest you can find. They're a luxury item so not exactly value for money...

What is the best bang for buck Rolex watch?

IMO the 16570 Explorer II's are undervalued right now. The black-dialed one, especially, which you can buy for a couple hundred less than the Polar. To me the black-dialed 16570 it essentially a 5-digit GMT Master II with the bezel replaced with a fixed steel insert. Considering how much prices have spiked for other 5-digit GMT's in the past couple years, and how prices for 16570's have remained relatively flat, I'd say that's a bargain.

Concur on the 16570 - no hole case solid end link version - I love it.

I'd say a 39mm OP. I think they have some great dials, some funky dials, and you can slap a new Rolex on your wrist for $4800ish.

If you're looking for the most complications for your investment, Explorer II without question.

This ^^

Older datejusts can be found for great prices. If all you want is a Rolex and aren't insisting on something brand new then an older datejust is by far the best bang for the buck. I've seen a hand full of really good ones sell for around the 2k mark lately. And, there are so many different dial and bezel combinations you can get just about any look you want.

And... in a day where people seem to confuse a sub for an Invicta when they see it on your wrist, the datejust might be one of the more recognizable Rolex pieces.

I think and of the sports watches bought used are good bang for the buck. I mean if buy right you really don't have to worry about selling for a loss if you change your mind.

That being said I have never owned one and currently wear a Tudor BB bought used unworn.

For value today, a nice 14060m. For future appreciation, maybe a GMT II M series with all the goodies.
