Radiomir Gold Cased model price

I'm seeing some Radiomir 1940 gold models (new) starting around $12k on the sales portal - could this be true

Typically I note nearly every upper-end brand, gold cased watch to start in the high-teens ($18k+). Panerai msrp is even $18.1k on their website.

Could the reason simply be that the movement is not as highly finished, etc compared against other high-end brands and therefore demand knocks the price down?

Pretty simple: the market for gold Panerai is quite limited. Only buy if you LOVE it.
