About last night...
Got to try my friend's Everest-strapped GMT and I can't say that I hated it. And now with the oysterflex examples out there, I'm seriously considering strapping up my Daytona.

Oyster flex is a different league compared with Rubberb or Everest.
I would not mind strapping on a Oysterflex but not a fan of the ordinary ones.

At least on his GMT, it felt surprisingly comfortable. I'm an oyster till the day' PCL scuffs and all kind of guy; but it just surprised me to not be completely averse to a non-Rolex alternative.

^^^ I can speak for the Rubber B and I don't agree with the comparison to the Oysterflex. The Rubber B is very well made and is extremely comfortable on my GMTIIc LN. The Oysterflex has grown on me, first time I tried it I thought it felt cheap, more recently I thought it was better but not better than the Rubber B. And I seem to remember reading in here that the Oysterflex costs over $1000. 3x at least the Rubber B.

Anybody succeed in getting an oyster flex bracelet without owning a watch that originally comes with it?
