How do I find a birth year Datejust

My friend's wife would like to buy hi. A birth year Datejust. I am trying to help her, but am having trouble. She wants to get a stainless and white face Datejust. I think it's a 1601, but not sure how to verify that its from 1075 when looking on various websites. Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you meant to type the birth year as 1975. If that's the case then look for a 1601 with a serial number around 4.2 million and it'll be generally accepted as a 1975 model.

At Chrono24.com you can do a search for the model you want and then filter it by year

Should be able to find a 1601 without too much trouble, pending year of course. Identified by serial, not year, but as mentioned above.

There should also be a date code on the bracelet for most models. That will help dating the watch if the bracelet is original.
