1998 Rolex Submariner

About 6-7 years ago, I bought a pre-owned 1998 Submariner in Chicago. When I bought the watch, it wasn't in the greatest condition, but it was working rather decently. About 2-3 weeks ago, I recently took my watch to get it serviced by Bob and Phil Ridley of Watchmakers International. Today, I picked up the watch. Phil even came in on his day off to give it to me. I am simply amazed. The watch looks brand new. I'm going to post pictures of the finished product (Unfortunately, I don't have great detailed pics before being serviced). Highly recommend these guys! Thank you Bob and Phil.

Looks good man. Congrats!! Do you have any "before" pics?

I'm kinda anti-polish - especially when the lug edges start to round out - so I'd love to see what it looked like before.

Either way, looks like a great piece and wear it in good health.

What a great looking watch! I had a very similar experience with my beaten up YM and coming brand new from service. A light polish doesn't hurt!

Thank you guys.....I found a picture of the watch before it got serviced. Also good catch on noticing the "Swiss" only dial.
