16600 or vintage sub.
Hi guys , im looking for my next watch and cant decide ..
I already own a 116520,116610 and a speedmaster . I can't really decide what to get for my next . I must confess that I love the domed plexi and the vintage look on a 5513 . It's also a great watch on a vintage strap. Then again some people says the 16600 is something people want and also a good investment . I'll be grateful if you guys help ! Best regards MT |

No watch is a good investment unless it is very rare & you buy at under market price. You should buy whatever sings to you.

Where are the pics of the 5513? If it's a maxi matte dial in good shape then that would be a no brainer for me

Keep in mind an example such as the one Above is going to be considerably more than a 16600

I'm going to be of no help at all.
As the owner of both, the SD is the perfect all rounder - my daily beater while the 5513 is an entirely different watch all together worn when it is less likely to be bruised You are going to have to buy both. |

You buy for pure joy and ownership......what you like best.
If it were me......5513 wins. If you can find a MKI Maxi Dial = BONUS CITY! Good luck in your search! |

You own a modern sub. Now go Vintage.
