Need to identify antique rolex

Hello Rolex Community! I recently Inherited a Rolex Viceroy i dont know anything about it, but would like to know its History, rarity and market value? I had the back opened up just to take pictures that i have posted bellow and immediately after closed it. Thanks!,all advice is appreciated!
