The collection. What to trade? or what to keep?

This is most of my collection minus the 1995 steel sub and the 83 datejust with silver stick dial jubilee bracelet and engine turned bezel. Thinking about selling the gmt to pay for the Daytona and selling one of the steel and gold subs and moving up to the new steel and gold sub blue dial. I work for an AD and was looking to make my first personal watch buy.
Watches I would like are.. Plat yacht, Rose gold Yacht, Steel Yacht 2, GMT Black Blue, GMT Root Beer

I think I'd start with the TT Subs and the Exp II. Not really a fan of TT watches.

I'd sell one of the TT Subs and the TT YM and get the 116613LB. Also, do whatever you need to pay off the Daytona. I hate owing money on a watch.

Based on how you can move the watches and where you can buy and at what price I would consider doing a complete flip. I would go after your dream lineup and would drop the TT references from your current collection and go all gold on any PM purchase.

Not a fan of TT watches too. I would drop all of the TT references. My humble take is that Rolex sport watches are meant to be SS.

Keep 16710, polar explorer and the two tone yacht (love that dial). Dump the rest.

I would keep them all and add a Rootbeer. Mighty fine collection.

Which RG YM - do you mean the Oysterflex? Would you be willing to sell a few more for it? I suppose working in an ADs will mean you are tempted by the newer models?

Sell all the TT's

Duplication and from a personal perspective, neither here nor there. I would either go full pm or go full ss. You might also think about other brands - you have a lot of watches that are pretty similar.

love all the feedback

Unfortunately I am a Big fan of Steel and Gold watches. I like the idea of using the personal buy on a all gold. I get the most compliments on the steel and gold sub. I wear the steel and gold and the Girlfriend wears the other. I was thinking about the steel and gold yacht with rose. I am tempted by trades every day and it is hard to say no to the newer model trades because I can buy them at cost cheaper. But on the flip side of that i would feel bad buying new watches and selling new watches and making money when the boss would. he probably wouldn't be to happy with that. These are my retirement plan!lol
