That's not too bad for a watch that doesn't run.

As per their webpage, there is no mention of a warranty period (yet in FAQ Undone asserts that their watches are ideally being designed to last a lifetime). What's with that? If they are indeed serious about creating a new and successful line of watches, Undone should simply replace the malfunctioning watch that you originally purchased and investigate the returned watch for any possible manufacturing/QA issues (even if it's just the battery).

Prompt email response in 24 hours

It's under a 12 month warranty

Send it back to Undone for possible new movement

A tad inconvenient but I think Undone has provided excellent service.
It's all good.

Love the vintage look. Agree with others that a mechanical watch with exhibition back would really be great, but I know it is cost prohibitive.

My other recommendation would be to make the Undone logo more discreet.

Please continue to keep us posted.

How about removing 'Watch Flair' from the 3 o'clock position on the dial and having 'Undone' in its place for more branding prominence? It could then be referred to as the Mk II dial version.

That's a nice looking box.

I ordered a custom watch to go with it. I'll post a picture when it arrives in July.

Shipped the watch head to HK 05/24/2017 via USPS.
Undone has been wonderful thus far.
Resolution of this issue anticipated in the near future.
Updates to follow.

Maybe they'll just drop in a new movement and be done with it.

That would be ideal.
While I'm not concerned about my little hiccup,
I'm wishing you smooth sailing as of July

Cool concept. But, the clear back with that movement isn't the best display. As someone who does watch repair, all it reminds me of is the headache of taking those kinds of movement apart. On second thought, I probably wouldn't ever take them apart. I can get the movement for $25.

When I ordered my customized model I skipped the exhibition case back. It's a generic Seiko quartz movement. Who needs to see that?

Ha.

I have built several combinations of his watch on the site. Thought about buying one to get me by as my 40's Chrono restoration is painfully slow.
