Was Candy Pink discontinued on the OP31?

Hey guys,

Looking at the Rolex configurator, I don't see candy pink as an option on the oyster perpetual (just the metallic pink).

I didn't think it was discontinued on 31mm, just on the 41mm. Am I wrong or is this a new discontinuation?

Thanks

From my understanding it was only on the 36m OP.

It’s definitely not an option. Wife wanted pink in 31 until
She saw it in person. It’s an ugly copper color

Yeah it’s been discontinued which is a shame, was looking at getting one for my wife recently.

I believe the Candy Pink OP was only ever available, in the 36 mm size, and is near impossible to get, from an AD. There is a metallic pink, available in 31 mm.

My wife has a candy pink op31, this configuration was discontinued earlier this year if I’m not mistaken. Since then it is only available in the 36mm configuration indeed. Charming little watch.

I tried in January this year to get the candy pink but was told it was discontinued, I went for the latest pink, my daughter loves it as it’s quite subtle

Kat, if the candy pink 36 op is near impossible to get then what does it take to get the 41 celebration or what did it take to get the now discontinued turquoise 41 op?

And 34mm, if it’s the sunburst you are referring to when saying metallic pink.

Rolex merely refers to ir as “Pink”. From pics I’ve seen, it has a metallic sheen to it, unlike the Candy pink, which has a flatter finish, though more vibrant color. I put in a request for the 36 in Candy pink, Turquoise, or Silver. I was told at the time I might be able to get the Silver. Even that one took a full year. I am currently on the list for the Celebration dial, in 36. I’m not very hopeful.

Just pay a small premium or / and look for a new AD as they are not favouring you.

I’m good. It turns out that the silver dial OP is stunning IRL. I’m very happy with IT, and my AD.

Yes, the OP31 in Candy Pink was discontinued in 2022. I was on the waitlist for one... In the end was offered the newly released Floral DJ31.

You're absolutely right, candy pink was indeed discontinued on the 41mm Oyster perpetual, but its still available on the 31mm version. So you're correct that it's not discontinued on the smaller size, Thanks for pointing that out.

Yes, I was already corrected, but thanks for your input. Not sure why Rolex replaced the candy pink, in the smaller sizes, with the metallic looking less vibrant pink.
