Root Beer or YM 40

Hi All - Been really struggling between choices and now have ability to get either Two Tone Root Beer or YM 40 dark rhodium as a daily wearer. Both look great to me, so is a tough choice. Have not like two tones in past, but really like the root beer and YM looks really good, but when I see them worn for long time in pics bezel can look pretty marked up/worn. Any thoughts will be helpful. Was deciding between YM and Sky Dweller, but dealer upped SkyD way more than thought.... Have a SD43 that I am trading in - feels a bit big.

THANKS All

I had same choice and went with the Root beer. It’s a very versatile daily wearer.

I’m a big fan of YM and daily mine. With that said, Root Beer in this comparison!

I personally didn’t like the YM in rhodium on me, but my wife liked it a lot. But she also likes both rootbeer options.

I have a TT Daytona and a TT YM. The gold center link will get scratched up (especially with desk diving), but the YM bezel issues you mentioned are also going to happen.

I’d say both “issues” are a wash though, and would simply recommend whichever one looks best on you (and based on the rest of your collection if you’re adding).

I use a GMT function so I would go for the CHNR. It's a visually clever watch and has a really nice depth of lustre in the RG which contrasts well with the SS.

I'll be one of the few that go with the YM as a daily wearer. The YM in the rhodium dial is perfect. They're both great watches but for me it's not as blingy as the TT Rootbeer.
