Hello members,

My first post. First of all, thank you to the mods and members of this site to help bring together a great community of WISs.

I have just purchased a pre-owned Omega Planet Ocean 42mm 2500 calibre movement. I know it's a little too late ask this now, but wanted your opinion on its authenticity. I have no reason to believe that the watch is not authentic, but it's my first (and hopefully many more to come) big watch purchase and it'd be nice to have your confirmation.

What do you guys think? Should I get it checked by an AD for authenticity?

I bought it on WUS. It came with box, pictograms and warranty card. The numbers match the watch.

The PO was my first luxury watch purchase also, but I bought mine from a trusted member here on the forum. I am fairly certain your watch is 100% authentic. Congrats. Great choice.

Congrats on a great watch! That model remains for me the perfect example of Planet Ocean - cal 2500 (thin case), black dial, orange bezel. Awesome.
