Do you wear your Rolex while asleep at night?

I sleep in a timex running watch as I can light it up to see the time during the night without waking up my wife.
I think that I’ve read that some sleep in their Rolex watches.
Is that true?
Thanks.

With this COVID thing I figure that I move more in my sleep than during the day, so it helps me keep it wound

My first one, Sea-Dweller, 20+ years ago I wore all the time. Sleeping, shower, gym, work, play. Hardly took it off for 5 or more years. Bullet proof, still is.

Not usually; the lume doesn't last very long. I prefer to wear a tritium dialed watch at night.

No matter which watch I am wearing at the time, I never take it off, if I get up during the night as some men my age have to do, I need to know what time it is
