Wristclean is safe to use, as is water and soap. Use whatever you like

Howdy,

Thanks to all that replied, especially SearChart since he works on the watches. I've always used Dawn and probably will continue to do so.

Take care,

Ruddiger

I use Dawn because of the cute duckling on the bottle.

Would using dish soap be damaging at all to AR coatings?

I use Dawn too but I just ordered my first bottle of wristclean. I have some 2oz spray bottles laying around so I'll fill a couple with wristclean and keep one in the car and another in my desk. I'll try it out and see how it goes.

I wear my watches all the time. I wore my Explorer II for a one week mountain camping and hiking trip. Never took it off. When I got home, a dish of warm water with a drop of dish soap and a soft toothbrush and it was clean as a whistle in about 45 seconds.
I know right

There is something about the feel of your watch after using Wrist Clean, it’s almost like a great car waxing; difficult to explain. I’ll continue to use it.
