Grey Rubber Strap Ti44 - Strap Holder Broke

One of the 2 grey rubber strap loops split today when I was taking off my watch. What is the least expensive way to replace one of these rubber loops without spending hundreds of dollars on a whole new strap?

This happened to me also. I used a superglue and it worked like a charm :)

Take it to an APSC or send an email with pics, I imagine they could send you the loop for free or a small charge.

I spoke to APSC today. Strap has a 3 month warranty. I bought the watch 4 months ago. They only sell the strap and keepers together. $291.00. I will try to beg one more time.

I tried that also without success. Glue worked well and it is now like new. I cannot understand why they don’t just send the loop, it should not break after 4 months, very dissapointing. Cost of that loop must be only a couple of bucks,.

Exactly! I guess they figure if we spend $30,000 on a watch, we won’t mind spending $291.00 on a rubber loop! Well, I will just wait until if and when the 2nd loop breaks.

Update: The APSC informed me they changed the warranty period on straps and they mailed me a new strap today! Very happy with their service.
