Got the call
Had a call from my local AD to say a SS Submariner non date , with my name on it , has arrived in stock and I will collect tomorrow after a 5 month wait. Yippee !

My AD just told me he got a ND in yesterday and asked me if I knew anyone looking for them. This is after he told me he’d be able to get me a Hulk come October(I told him to shoot for November). Imo minus a Daytona/BLRO you can get a lot of SS with patience

Without the date, it is called Sub. With the date, it's Sub Date.

I think they would quote you 2-3 months off the street if a serious buyer with no history. Same quote, but under a month received if a VIP imo. I haven't bought any this year though.

Completely different where you are. Windows full of DJ here.
I had a decent wait for my 114060 and it was actually harder to get than a date model.

I think the wait time in the UK depends on a couple of factors.

Known client of the AD or not.
Whether the AD is part of a chain or a single entity.
