Of course in 30 years the Rolex will look much better than the Patek and you need worry much less about scratches on the Rolex, but the PP is at a other level and is high horology, Rolex just isn’t and they are not trying to compete in any way with AP or PP, if you want a worry free watch which will look great in 30 years the Rolex is a winner, if you want a high horology piece with incredible agtention to details, then the PP is the winner
