Checked out the new boutique on Mount St in London. Couldn't summon up the courage to ask to try the Jackie Chan they had there 😜

OT - I'd really like to know what tapatalk meant with "move" in my own post I'm quoting. For sure I meant "Great". /OT

Somewhat bizarrely, I have just discovered my right wrist is slightly larger than my left! I have never worn a watch on my right hand or tried it before! It actually looks a little less huge (it's all relative I realise) on the my right wrist!

Thanks, still amazes me how such a huge watch doesn't completely overwhelm my wrist........

Have ordered a red strap to make it look even more subtle!

I'm just curious.. Do RM watches need to go in for routine maintenance every 5 years or so?.. I'm afraid to even think what that will cost.

No different than many watches from a time perspective--they ask for every three years.

IF you do that, first 5 years are covered under warranty--that's nice.

A regular service in the US isn't bad from what I've heard.

Even better, about 3 week turn time if not a complicated piece that would need to be sent to Europe.

Fixed price servicing now on many RM pieces too. CHF3900 on a RM011 for example.

Yep, about $4K USD.

Before people say "that's expensive", for a six figure watch that's well worth it. $1300 per year (assuming you send it in every 3 years--if you send it in every 5, then price goes down on average), not an issue.

You really make me want one.

I mounted it on at local AD. I'd say it's a real sport watch. So tempting.

I could work out my monthly payments with that one.

Very nice.

Grab it--you'll love it! AP won't be happy as wrist time will be dominated by RM. Both great watches
