Seeking A Field Watch for my 22mm NATOs

Does anyone have any recommendation for a field watch at about the $200-500 price point?

I picked up some Seiko divers and got several 22mm NATO straps for them, my first venture into NATO straps. Ideally, I'd like to be able to use them for a new field watch.

I suppose my sweet spot is one with a dark dial, 22mm lugs, and a hacking automatic movement, and it should look sharp on a NATO. Also considering expanding from nylon straps to leather, and I think those would look nice on a field watch.

Right now I'm leaning towards the Hamilton Hamilton H70555533 Khaki Field Watch, but I thought I'd ask to see what thoughts my friends at TRF might have. Thanks!

I’m coming in a few months late, but have you looked at the H.Goose Saluda? I️ did a full review at http://colawatch.com/ if you are interested.

You can't go wrong with the Hamilton Khaki Auto, but it's a nice watch to have on a bracelet if you're planning on switching to NATOs. The bracelet model is reference H70515137.

I like the 38mm ones, but at 50mm, the lug to lug length is to much for my wrist.

Not quite as nice as the Hamilton, but for a basic field watch, the Seiko 5's score as well as anyone and can be found for a good deal less.
