Omega suggestions, first time buyer

Hello everyone,

I am in market for Omega and would like to add to my collection. I have never owned one and wondering which Omega to buy.
Due to small wrist, not looking for any over 41mm.

Looking forward to suggestions, comments.
Thanks

If you might like another iconic chronograph to go with your Daytona and your Navitimer, then I recommend looking at the Speedmaster Professional. Reference 311.30.42.30.01.005 is the "original" version on a bracelet.

If I were to get an Omega right now it would be this.

https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/w...33112425103001

However, You do have a few chronographs.

Speedy, smpc, or aqua terra. Some of their more popular models.

Really stuck between: Speedmaster '57 Omega Co-Axial Chronograph 41.5 mm with polyamide strap OR Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional Chronograph 42 mm with polyamide strap

I am personally in love with the new co-axial Aquas Terra in 41, with the blue dial. My wife actually tried to talk me into buying it while it was on my wrist at Harrods. I just couldn't pull the trigger........

Thought I should share a few photos of the two Omega models I enjoy wearing, just to nudge you along

The classic Speedmaster Professional, with hand-wound caliber 1861. It's elegant, sporty, and tough as nails.

The versatile Seamaster Aqua Terra, powered by a Co-Axial Automatic with a silicon hairspring for fantastic precision and stability, and twin barrels for a 60-hour power reserve.

AEC's Aqua Terra is the "Skyfall" model that isn't made anymore and is in high demand on the pre-owned market. The current production model moves the date window to 6, loses the frame on that window, and switches the "teak boat deck" lines from vertical to horizontal. The blue color is amazing on it, and it's very versatile: dressy on SS, sporty on rubber/perlon, casual on Hirsch Golden Brown. BTW the AT wears big so I'd look for the 38.5.

Of the current Omega watches, I would definitely go with the Speedy hesalite.

Sometimes I wish I had your “problem” imo the watch world has way many more choices that cater to smaller wrist sizes. Don’t get me wrong plenty of people wear really small watches with large wrists im just not a fan.

I am a diver fan, so I would recommend the 300m or PO (love my 300m more than my PO as of late).

However, it sounds from your post above that you definitely want a speedy and that you love chronographs. I would do the hesalite speedy. Good luck on your search.

First Omega in Space is great for smaller wrists.

Two beautiful pieces, great dials, cases and bracelets. Enjoy.

given ur current collection, as some here have already said, the speedy pro seems the most logical piece as ur gateway (if not only) omega model.
if ur 6.75 wrist is a concern, then the '57 would be an excellent alternative.
