Glad you had such a positive experience with them. Mine was the exact opposite. I contacted them about selling my Explorer 214270 MK1, excellent condition, box and papers. Their offer was 50% off MSRP. On their website the same model was for sale for more than the retail price in Switzerland (where I am based). I ended up selling the watch privately for a lot more.
