Problems with TRF Login

Hey guys, does anyone know how come every time I log into TRF I get a message that says invalid redirect, I have to go backwards, then refresh the page, then I am logged it. This happens on both my laptop (windows) and on my iPad.

Also, whenever I try to post a message from my iPad, about halfway through my sentence the browser shuts down and I am logged out of the TRF. This is the only forum the freezes up my iPad.

Any idea what is happening or how I can fix it?

Thanks.

Go to Apple forums and you will read about it. Safari crashes all the time since upgrade. I thought they would fix it on last update but didn't. I called them and they told me to reload and clear cache etc etc- nothing worked. They never admit to actual problems but this is a bug that hopefully will be picked up on next upgrade. The first problem is likely you entered old http vs https address. You have to clear cache and history and reload again using https. There have been many posts on this subject as well. Hope that helps coming from a non tech guy who likely doesn't know what he is talking about.

I followed your directions and cleared my cache, history, and reloaded using https and still no go. It's not a problem by any means just wondering why that was happening. As for the iPad issue, I figured it was an apple issue! Thanks for the info.

I found that http vs. https caused a lot of problems as well as switching from www.rolexforums.com to just rolexforums.com

If you are getiing annoying warnings secure content in IE now TRF is on a https. Go to Tools /Internet Options / Security tab /make sure Internet zone is selected first. Then click Custom level/scroll down and look for “Display mixed content” and select it to Enable the annoying pop up will be gone.

Same with me the https does not work. I do not know why - but I can only log on using http.
