I used to own one, it REALLY is a nice watch! Looks great on all different straps and the steel bracelet, I had the steel Bracelet, and several different rubber straps, Unfortunatly I had to sell it :-(

A great watch tried it on at an ad but was just too much for my pocket.the brushed case is sublime.i think it looks great on a rubber strap.in the end had to settle for its cheaper brother the chronomat evolution.cant get it out of my mind though

Thanks for the input. Im thinking I'll start with the black croc strap, then maybe the gold croc, and then the brown, gold and black leather straps...assuming I do decide to get it.

Thanks for the 2 cents. Im liking the Blackbird because it comes in a all polished case version...like the Cockpit Chrono and the B01. I like the bezel better on the Blackbird over the B01's...and I like the size better than the 39mm Cockpit Chrono. Decisions, Decisions.

Ah, I see it's gotten you too huh?

Not sure if chronograph module is the same as the movement but the BB is based on the ETA 2892-A2 movement. While it may be a "stock" movement, it is apparently a well respected one.

It's a favorite of mine. You can see why...

The date window, and numbers on the bezel set it apart from the others. I really like this watch. I'm not too much for the watermelon crown, but it's comfortable. Good luck with it!

Speaking of the watermelon crown, how easy is it turn?
