I saw Q.O.S. on Friday and really enjoyed it. A good Bond movie. Lots of action, chase scenes, cute girls, all the basics in a great Bond film.

yeah..this is what I'm hoping for too.... I'll still be first in line for the next one... I guess that there wasn't much they could do given the take off point...I'll probably try to watch it again, and I'm sure I'll like it better, but still, the initial sting of let down will be hard to overcome...It all comes down to expectation i think. My overall prediction for this one though, is big opening weekend, and ultimate gross much less that Casino Royale |

I liked it, but understand some of the criticism.
I don't think it did anything for Omega though, barely could make out the watch anywhere.

I actually liked the movie. It tied up casino royale perfectly. Someone here said that he doesnt wear designer suits. Tom Ford is the one who supplied the suits and clothing.

Just got back from seeing it. What a waste of $7.00.
Non-plot issues: -Plane engine smoking, then not smoking, then smoking again. -Watch glowing in the dark sinkhole, then not glowing, the glowing. -People in the jungles of Bolivia do not rely on Ford products. -When he picks the lock with a credit card his OMEGA watch is right there, center frame, not moving. What a blatant ad!

I was very disappointed with the movie.
IMHO... QoS was a horrible Bond film and a good Bourne film all at the same time. |

I loved it. It is true to Fleming, more so than any since the early Connery flics.

The poster for the movie has him in the desert with an MP5k. Another scene has him walking with the woman in the desert and she has a torn dress.
These scenes must have been left on the cutting room floor.
