If you look at the scale by the date dial it dips to follow the curve of the dial. If you compare to the 5970 next to it you’ll see the scale breaks before the sub dial and then continues afterwards.
That particular dial on the 5270 had a very short production run. |

More of a discount than you can expect on the 5711 1p Nautilus. It only goes for about $50-75k over msrp. If you can find one.
