16613 Maxi Dial

First post!

Still have plenty to learn but I came across this and it bugs me. Looks like maxi dial but non maxi hands!? ☹️

The dial looks fake, look at the last photo with those domed lumes and it has the tritium markings but it's maxidial?

Again, someone with a fake watch, who can not take a straight on view of the watch.

MAXI DIAL was introduced 2003 but that case is prior to 2002 (lug holes)
So watch is either fake or replacement dial (after market) - If Rolex changed the dial, they would change hands too
And TRITIUM was stopped already by 1998.
Very Weird

Yes, this thing is a monster haha.

I've also asked for pics of cyclops to see date but have not got any. I'm going to pass on this.
