What kind of inserts are these?
Hi, can someone help with these? Are they authentic and what kind?

One looks like a sapphire insert and the other looks like a service insert for a plexi sub.
Look okay to me. |

Are they just glued in? Always wondered about that.

They are springs and are pressure fit. The size must be exact on the bezel and insert so the insert will snap in to place by applying pressure in the proper direction and manner.
