steel bracelet wth 14k trim?

Please I would like to know what models did this bracelet go on.
It is a steel bracelet so where is the 14k trim?

That's part of the clasp and doesn't offer much to identify it. Do you have any detailed photos of the bracelet itself and the model number of the bracelet?

I believe it's a USA (among other countries) made oval link Jubilee bracelet clasp back from the 60's. It comes from a two tone bracelet. I believe the Coronet on the clasp has the gold. Like with the number of jewels, import models were able to skirt the taxes levied on Rolex by not coming with a precious metal bracelet lowering the amount of gold. I assume they went on models that took Jubilee bracelets like a DJ.

Vintage USA oval-link Jubilees did not have a model number stamped on the clasp and/or bracelet.

Yes, it is a vintage USA jubilee stainless steel only bracelet, so the clasp must be a replacement from a TT

The ref 1675/3 came on that sort of oval jubilee bracelet in USA in the 60s-70s. Elsewhere they came on the jubilee 62523-h14 (later h18; in the 1980s).

The clasp is a correct, circa 1960s, two tone bracelet clasp from the USA. If you magnify the photo, you'll notice is reads 14K trim.

Right, it's on an all stainless steel bracelet.

The USA clasp changed on the two-tone models sometime during the 1970s or possibly as early as the late 1960s. Since I did not work for Rolex then, I can not pinpoint the exact year of the transition from one clasp to the other.

Anyway, the second variation clasp had a small coronet that protruded from the end of the clasp and was covered in a 14K gold cap. The 1960s two-tone clasp did not have any gold on the embossed coronet.

Yes, as you wrote, the clasp is incorrect for a stainless steel USA Jubilee. I misread the first post and apologize. The stainless steel clasps for a complete stainless steel bracelet did not have 14k trim written on the clasp.

No worries, I learned a bit more about these jubilees now, thanks.
